We want you to love your slime! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos for assessment.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used slime cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is faulty.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days once the return is approved.
