What’s Included
Slime Care
Always wash your hands before and after playing with your slime. Store your slime in its container with the lid tightly closed when not in use. If it becomes sticky, simply add a few drops of activator and knead.
Safety
⚠️ Do not eat. Slime, clay, charms, sprinkles and other add-ins are not edible.
Suitable for ages 8+. Adult supervision is recommended. Keep away from pets. Wash hands before and after play.

Wholesale products do not qualify for our standard free delivery offer.
Delivery for wholesale orders is charged separately and will be calculated at checkout based on the available delivery options.
This allows us to keep our wholesale pricing as competitive as possible while safely packing and delivering your order. 💕

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be made, packed and ready for dispatch.
Delivery time is additional to the processing time above. During particularly busy periods or for larger orders, processing may take a little longer.
Wholesale Returns
Wholesale products are prepared specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or preference regarding the random assortment.
As our slimes are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, decoration and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect quantity, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so that we can assist.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Wholesale Terms - Updated Sept 2026
Our wholesale products are intended for independent retailers purchasing products for resale. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payment
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before processing. Prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated before the order is processed.
Lead Times
Wholesale orders are prepared to order and may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times are shown on the relevant product pages. We will always do our best to prepare orders sooner where possible.
Resale
Products must be sold under the Slime Design brand with the original product names, packaging, labels and safety information intact. Products may not be renamed, repackaged, decanted or altered for resale.
Our website retail prices may be used as recommended retail prices only. Retailers remain responsible for setting their own resale prices.
Online Sales
Wholesale products may be sold through the retailer's own website and social media channels within South Africa.
Selling Slime Design products through third-party marketplaces such as Takealot, Amazon or Bob Shop requires our prior approval.
Dropshipping is not permitted. Retailers must purchase and hold their own stock before offering Slime Design products for sale.
Approved Slime Design product images and marketing content may be used to promote genuine Slime Design products. Our branding may not be altered, and retailers may not represent themselves as Slime Design or an official Slime Design store.
Repacking & Resale
Bulk slime products (e.g. 1L buckets) may be divided and repackaged for resale. Once repackaged, the product may not be branded, labelled, advertised or promoted as Slime Design or Lilakawaii or any name suggesting our brand, and our logos, product names, images or other branding may not be used.
The reseller is responsible for the packaging, labelling, quantity, hygiene, storage, product-care and safety information supplied with the repackaged product. Packaging and product information must not be misleading.
Once the original product has been opened, divided, mixed with other materials, altered or repackaged, Slime Design cannot guarantee the condition or performance of the repackaged product.
Storage & Product Care
Slime can be affected by heat, temperature and storage conditions. Once delivered, retailers are responsible for storing products appropriately and managing stock rotation to ensure products remain in good condition.
Customers, Returns & Refunds
Retailers are responsible for their own customers, including customer service, delivery, returns and refunds.
If your wholesale order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a product defect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist.
Wholesale orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to unsold stock or a change of mind.
Changes
We may update our wholesale products, pricing and these terms from time to time. The terms applicable at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
By placing a wholesale order with Slime Design, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Wholesale Terms.
